All products must be exchanged/returned in their original packing withing 5 days from purchase date. The items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Items should be in its original conditions, returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Sale, promotional or discounted item cannot be exchanged or refunded.
For the return, shipping fees will not be refunded.
Upon request and at our discretion, we may exchange defective/faulty items for identical items of same value.
We do offer refund for Cash on Delivery Items.
We provide free collection for the first return or exchange, after that a charge of 25aed will be applied.
Note that Bank card issuer can take 2-15 additional days to process the transaction.
Damaged or incorrect items claims will be reviewed and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
For internation orders, customers are responsible for all return, shipping cost, custom duties, and taxes incurred during the return process.

Once your order is confirmed, our team begins processing it promptly to ensure timely dispatch.
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Please note that when placing orders during the holiday seasons, shipping may experience additional processing time.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details so you can follow your delivery journey.
Shipping Within the UAE
We offer nationwide delivery across the United Arab Emirates.
Orders within Dubai are typically delivered within 2-3 business days after dispatch, while deliveries to other Emirates may take 2–4 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on courier schedules, weather conditions, or public holidays.
Our team will always strive to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
Delays and Unexpected Circumstances
While we do our utmost to deliver every order promptly, unforeseen events such as weather disruptions, public holidays, or courier delays may occasionally affect delivery times.
CHIC CORNER cannot be held responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the courier, but we will always assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not reach you within the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately at info@chiccornerboutique.com
We will investigate with our courier partners and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to modify your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.
Shipping Outside UAE
GCC orders are usually delivered within 3-7 business days after dispatch. Order are processed within 1 -2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance and courier delay.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location. Any customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged by the destination country are the customers responsibility.
We currently ship to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar. Please make sure your phone number and full address are correct at checkout to avoid delivery delays.
Returns and Exchanges for GCC orders
Due to international shipping, all GCC orders are considered final sale, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchange on these orders.
